If dd is anything like my 11yo ds… math can wait a few minutes. 🙂 (In a house of readers – including developmentally delayed older son – said 11yo has only in the past year started reading well, and only in the past month decided that reading as a pasttime is OK. In small doses. ;))
I encounter such dilemmas on a daily (or at least it seems so) basis here.
